RARITÄT - KASTLET Cabernet Lagrein 2003 Magnum long and very young onONLY 6 BOTTLES AVAILABLE!! A rather warm summer in 2003 allowed us to harvest fully ripe grapes. The ideal conditions to bottle a wine for aging. The Kastlet reveals itself earthy on the nose, with the tannins now very soft and fragile. Since we don't fine our wines today or in the past, older red wines can have a larger deposit. It's best to slowly pour 3 4 of the bottle. Sip the last sip carefully or filter the last quarter through a thin cloth.
